kinds of oil are not recommended for pregnant women: chamomile

oil, sagebrush oil, juniper oil.

for a common cold |

Mix
1/3 oz of eucalyptus oil and 1/6 oz of anise oil.
Use 10 drops of the
mixture for inhalations.
Take
3-4 drops of fir oil for inhalations if you have pneumonia or
bronchitis. Also rub fir oil on your chest.
For
children: rub fir oil on a child's upper back zone,
chest and massage his feet
with fir oil.
Insert
1 drop of fir oil into your stuffy nose if you have an angina.
Insert
3-5 drops of fir oil on your tongue, closer to your throat.

It is
extremely
difficult to
dissolve essential oils in water. Here is
some advice: simply dissolve as
many drops of essential oil as you need in 1 tbl spoon of liquid soap,
shower
gel, cream,
milk
or honey.
Then pour it in a bath.
Baths with
bergamote oil are used at treating inflammatory skin
diseases, stress and depression. Add 4-7 drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
ginger
oil are great at treating rheumatism, arthritis, lumbago,
cold, flu and impotency. Add 7-10 drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
basil oil
help at treating migraines, hysterics, insomnia, depression,
rheumatism and arthritis. Add 4-7 drops to a full bath.
Warning:
Basil oil is not recommended for pregnant women and epileptics.
Baths
with
cedar oil help at treating
arthritis, rheumatism, constant
fear, cold and abscesses. Add 7-8 drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
myrrh oil
are used at treating psoriasis, eczema, rush and insomnia.
Warning:
Myrrh oil is not recommended for pregnant women and epileptics.
Baths
with
rosemary
oil help with tiredness, stress, epilepsy,
paralysis, cold, blood vessels and heart diseases, skin diseases, hair
loss and dandruff. Add 8-12 drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
chamomile oil help with colds, migraine headaches, eczema,
joint rheumatism, stress allergy and make your skin soft and silky. Add
10
drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
sandalwood oil are used at
treating menstrual disorder, poor digestion, cold and inflammation of
the
urine bladder. Add 4-5 drops to a full bath.
Baths
with
cypress
oil
strengthen capillaries and help with hemorrhoids, sweaty feet,
impotency, sexual frigidity and menstrual disorders (take baths between
your
periods). Add 7-9 drops to a full bath.
Warning:
cypress
oil is not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood
pressure or high blood coagulation.
Baths
with
tea tree
oil
help with skin problems: eczema, psoriasis, acne and neuro dermatitis.
They are also used at treating inflammation of the urine bladder or
gynecology problems. Add 6-8 drops with 2 tbl spoons of honey to a full
bath.If you prepare a bath for a child, take only 2-3 drops of tea tree
oil.
Baths
with
dill oil
help with colics, constant fear and withered skin. Add 4-6 drops to a
full bath.
Baths
with
hyssop
oil help with colds, bronchitis, pneumonia,
dermatitis and eczema and heart problems. Add 8 drops to a full bath.
