BEAUTY
TIPS
Feed Your Skin Right And Get
The Result You Always Wanted
Your
skin needs the
same
nourishment that all other organs of your body do, like protein,
minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins and micro elements. Ideally
you should get some protein, carbohydrates and fat with every meal. Be
careful when you are following a diet that focused only on one kind of
nourishment. Protein
is important for
creating new cells and starts biochemical processes in your body. You
can get protein from meat, milk and soy beans. Carbohydrates
are a
source of energy for your cells. Do not get 'empty' calories from
sugar, pasta, rice, potatoes, white bread or sweets. These foods will
increase insulin level in your blood that will likely cause acne.
Instead eat whole grains and brown rice. Fat
provides
energy to
your skin and helps to assimilate some vitamins, like vitamin A. Your
body also needs fat to create new cells. There is especially valuable
fat in cold pressed vegetable oils. You will
have dry and rough skin if you do not get enough vitamin
A.
It is so important for your skin because it helps to form new cells in
the epidermis. And beta-carotene helps your skin to endure the
ultraviolet rays of the sun. Even if you are following a diet, eat
avocados, nuts and add olive oil to your salads. Vitamin
C
takes part in
the synthesis of collagen in your skin and fights free radicals that
speed up your aging. Smokers need to get at least 40% more of vitamin C
that non smokers. Vitamin
E
helps to
neutralize free radicals and is good for your skin even if you use it
topically. Vegetable oils, egg yolk, soy products and whole grains are
rich in this vitamin. If you want
to have youthful skin and healthy shiny hair, you need a
very important vitamin
F.
You can get it from cold pressed vegetable oils. Sodium
and potassium
are responsible for skin resiliency. You will
have dry skin and weak nails, if you do not get enough iron. Selenium
neutralizes free radicals; especially if you take it together with
vitamin E. Phosphorus
is important for providing energy to your skin
cells. Zinc
is
important for protein metabolism. Magnesium
supports cell permeability. Copper
helps with the formation of collagen in your skin. If you have
wrinkles or acne, you should get essential
fatty acids Omega-3 and
Omega-6.
These fatty acids will decrease inflammatory processes that can lead to
acne and premature aging. To get these valuable acids eat salmon, tuna,
mackerel, almonds, filbert and flax seeds. If
your face
gets red often and regularly, exclude
spices, red wine and
smoked meat. These foods enlarge blood capillaries.
Facial
Massage With Sterling
Silver Spoons
Prepare
different kinds of herbal tea at
different
temperatures. Dip
sterling silver spoons in the tea and slightly tap your face following
the massage lines. Do it regularly. The effect will be
amazing!
Are
you going out tonight, but
look
tired?
Here
is your beauty
plan. It
will take about 1 hour.
Pour
water
in
a large pot and boil it with chamomile
tea or flowers for a
few
minutes, then cover the pot with a towel
and let it
cool for 20-30 min.
At the same time prepare peppermint herbal tea,
then
take a shower where you alternate hot
and
cold water. Next step.
Clean your face with a piece of cotton wet in yogurt. In 1-2
min clean your face with a piece of cotton wet in hot
water and
apply
rich moisturizer. Hold both
ends of a towel and put the middle of the towel
into hot
water with chamomile that you prepared, squeeze it and apply on your
face starting
from your chin, then your
cheeks and your eyes and your forehead. Leave a hole for your
nose and
connect both ends of the towel. Keep the compress until it cools down.
Repeat it 2-3 times, adding a little bit more of your moisturizer each
time. Also apply some eye cream on your eyes. At the end
apply a cold compress on your face or use herbal ice (
frozen
herbal tea ) to rub your face. Rinse your face with water mixed with
some
lemon juice. Rub your
face again with a piece of ice. Apply some moisturizer on your
wet face and neck tapping your skin lightly. Your
skin will
become pink and resilient. Drink your
fresh
peppermint tea with
1-2 spoons of honey and a piece of
lemon. Feel
rested
and
beautiful.
Natural
Beauty Product - Red Wine
And Strawberry Face Wash
The
benefits of red wine are believed to be due to the high level of
antixodants present in red wine (which is significantly higher than
white wine) as well as naturally occurring chemicals which are derived
from the skin of the grapes. Strawberries
are rich in ascorbic and folic acids, carotin, and
the following organic
acids: apple acid, salicil acid, lemon acid and quinine acid. They are
also rich in
phytoncids, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and cobalt.
Using
red
wine and strawberries on your skin will make your skin baby-soft,
effectively dry out spots, make your skin tone even and tighten
pores over night.
Beauty
Remedies
If
you have dark
circles, try these remedies: Do
not throw away tea bags after using them. Let them cool, squeeze a
little bit and put a tea bag on each eye for 15 min. Do it for 7-14
days. You will love the result! You can also do it at the same time
when you do your facial masks.
Grate
1 potato and apply it on your eye area for 10-15 min. If it is very
juicy, add some flour.
For tired red
eyes
or inflamed lids prepare chamomile tea: put 2 tea
spoons of
chamomile in a glass, add boiling water, let it sit for
10-15 min and filter it. Wash your eyes in this tea or wet a piece of
cotton in it and apply on each ( closed ) eye for
3-5 min.
If your eyes
are so
sensitive and watery
that it is even a problem to use cosmetics, get dill
seeds, put 1 tea
spoon of dill seeds in 1/2 glass of boiling water, let it cool and
apply compresses
on each eye for 15-20 min. Do it for 2 weeks every day, then once a
month and you will never have this problem again.
If you've got
skin
discoloration after being out in the sun ( I do not mean
sun tan), prepare this mixture: 1 tbl spoon of lemon juice +
1 tbl spoon of vinegar
+ 2 tea spoons of boiled water. If your skin is
very dry, add 1
tea spoon of vegetable oil. Rub this mixture into your skin
2-3 times a day.
If you
occasionally
get pigmented spots on your face,
pour some water on a piece of rye bread every night, leave it till next
morning and rub your skin with the bread, then leave it for 2-3 min.
Rinse your face with water.
If
your feet sweat
a lot, have a foot bath with chamomile
2-3 times
a week.
Mix 6 tbl spoons of chamomile flowers with 1/2 gallon of
boiling water,
let it sit for 1 hour and filter it. Heat it again before
using.
If you have
cellulite or stretch marks, rub apple
vinegar into your
skin. This is a very effective remedy.
