THE
RAW FACTS
Getting rid of eczema is possible by simply making changes in the type and quality of foods you eat. Choosing to eat natural life giving foods that are easy to digest and packed with the nutrients that your body need in order to self heal is essential to strengthening your immune system and curing yourself of the plague of eczema.
Here are six steps that you can take to help improve your eczema in a very short amount of time.
1. Stop the intake of all chemicals, tobacco, alcohol and coffee. If cutting out the coffee and cigarette mornings or the six pack nights seems to brutal, try easing off of them slowly. Start by cutting it down one cup of coffee at a time or choosing to drink only every other night until you can properly wean yourself.
2. Knock off the red meat immediately. Substitute your burgers and steaks with turkey, chicken or most preferably fish. If cutting out the cow completely is too much to ask, you can also try to do it on a gradual basis.
3. Processed foods along with sugar and salt have got to go. All those little salty snacks, cakes and junk foods need to be tossed in the garbage bin and replaced with healthy raw fruits and vegetables. Sugar can be substituted with raw honey, raisins, and dates.
4. Choose whole grains over white flour (no more wonder bread) and pick up fresh fruits and veggies instead of frozen, packaged and canned varieties .
5. Cease the intake of all mucus forming foods like milk, butter, cheese, eggs, and yogurt (i.e. all things found in the diary section). You can substitute these with plant made products such as seed cheese, soy milk, and tofu.
6. Buy a juicer and start drinking raw fruits and vegetables two to three times a day. This will dramatically improve the condition of your skin.
