RHODIOLA QUADRIFIDA
AKA: PallasRhodiola quadrifida belongs to Rhodiola genus and has been used as an traditional medicine in China for over 1000 years. It is found growing in the higher altitude regions of China, Russia and Pakistan. It is a perennial dioecious herb with a long slender root and thick elongated rhizome. Each rhizome supports a simple erect flowering stem and scaly radical leaves. It is one of about 90 species from the Rhodiola genus which are all found growing in the cold areas of the Northern Hemisphere.

REMEDIES USING RHODIOLA QUADRIFIDA
Tincture: Take 50g of rhodiola quadrifida herb, add 500 ml of 40% alcohol (vodka), leave it for 10-15 days in a dark place, filter. Take 25-30 drops of the tincture 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. The treatment is for 2-4 weeks.
Infusion: Take 1 table spoon of rhodiola quadrifida herb, add 200 ml of boiling water, let it sit for 30 min., drain. Take 100 ml. of the tea 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The treatment is for 2-4 weeks.
