Q. Do you have an easy remedy for low blood pressure?
A. If you do not have any pills or coffee and you quickly need  to make your blood pressure higher, use this great easy remedy. Always have with you a laurel leaf  ( you can purchase a pack of laurel leaves in your grocery store ). Break one leaf into small pieces and put them under your tongue. Try to sit or lay down, if it is possible. In half hour  your blood pressure will come back to normal. Do not use this remedy too often because it can hurt your mucous membrane.

Q. I feel so tired and sleepy in the morning. It affects my work and makes me depressed. Coffee doesn't help a lot. What can I do?
A. Mix 1 tea spoon of apple cider vinegar with 1/2 glass of warm water. Rub the mixture lightly in your arms ( go from your hand to your shoulder) . Then rub it and lightly massage your chest, stomach, back, legs and feet. Let it dry, do not use a towel. It improves your blood circulation. You will wake up, feel rested, have a lot of energy and be ready for work immediately.

Q. My problem is snoring. Do you have any remedy for me?
A. Insert 1 drop of olive oil in each nostril before you go to bed.

Q. What to do when lips are cracked?
A. There are a few reasons why you can have cracked lips. It could be iron deficit ( anemia ), riboflavin ( vitamin B2 ) deficit, diabetes or you just bite or lick your lips when you are outside, especially in a cold weather (please, do not do it).
You could apply:
-honey
-cottage cheese
- a mix of 1 tea spoon of honey and 1 tea spoon of cottage cheese ( apply it every half hour )
-grate 100 g of apples ( not sweet ) and add some lard, leave it for 12 hours and apply the mix on your lips 5 times a day. You will see the result on the second day. Continue the treatment for a week. This is a great remedy.
-carrot juice
-aloe juice
-cucumber juice ( or cucumber slices)
-cocoa butter
- jojoba oil
-castor oil
-a mix of 1 part honey and 1 part goose lard.( very effective )
-shea butter
on your lips for 10-15 min. a few times a day.
It is very important to massage them (do it after brushing your teeth with a tooth brush) because it will help to exfoliate dead cells, and it will improve blood circulation and skin elasticity.
Always protect your lips with a nourishing lipstick before you go outside.

Q. My neck  and hands are losing elasticity, what do u recommend?
A. If you mean your skin elasticity, you should apply warm compresses with olive oil on your neck and soak your hands in warm olive oil. Do not wash them, just dry them with a towel. Continue the treatment for 20 days.

1. So, get olive oil ( cold pressed olive oil is the best ), heat it until
it is warm, but not hot. Take a cotton towel and wet it in the oil. Apply the towel around your neck, cover it with plastic wrap and fix it, so that the compress won't fall off. . Leave it on your neck for about 20 min.
2. Pour warm olive oil in a glass bowl and soak ypour hands for 15 min. You do not need to use a moisturizer or a hand cream after the treatment.
This is the best natural remedy that WORKS. Be patient and in 20 days you will love the results.

Q. I did the olive oil treatment to get rid of gallstones and I am having terrible stomach pains, but it did help get rid of some stones.  How can we find answers to side effects of home remedies? I also  would like to know what could happen if I did not get rid of all of them.
A. This is a pretty normal reaction of your body. When you use an effective remedy to get rid of gall stones or kidney stones, you should expect it to be painful. Those stones have been forming for a long time. When you use a strong remedy, you can expect eliminating the stones (and they can be big ones) in a pretty short period of time. And of course, it's painful. Also, you know that the remedy worked. You got rid of some stones and probably crushed some of them into sand. Now you need to use something mild to
dissolve the rest of the stones and the sand.
To dissolve gallstones slowly and without a pain it is recommended to drink 1/2 glass of raw beet juice for 3 weeks. Drink 1/2 glass during the day ( do not drink it in one gulp). You have to keep the fresh juice in your refrigerator for 12 hours before drinking it. Take 1 tea spoon of the juice through the day until you drink a whole amount (1/2 glass).
Another mild remedy: Take 1 tea spoon of parsley leaves and 1 tea spoon of parsley roots, add 1 glass of boiling water and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/2 glass of the extract twice a day ( 1 glass for a day) for 15-20 days. You can use fresh or dry parsley.
Rosehip remedy: take 2 table spoons of ground rosehip roots, add 1 glass of boiling water and boil it for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and filter it. Take 1/2 glass of the extract 4 times a day for 10 days. This remedy helps to dissolve gall stones and sand in gall bladder and urinary bladder.

Right now: to reduce pain and irritation in your gall bladder and flow off your bile it is recommended to drink peppermint tea without limitation.

Q.  My sons nose appears to be clogged up all the time - what steam  installations is recommended or what would help him

A.
It is hard to give advice because there are many reasons for the nose to be clogged up. If there is a festering inflammation, it is dangerous to heat it up. I'd strongly recommend to visit a doctor and find out what causes it.
Remember that the nose is close to the eyes, the ears and the brain and a festering inflammation can just go there. You also did not mention how old your son is. It is very important because if he is very little some remedies can't be used or the proportions of the ingredients should be reduced.
Here are some reasons that can lead to a chronically clogged nose: chronic infections in the body, chronic disorders of the cardio-vascular system, chronic disorders of the liver, kidneys and the alimentary canal, an allergy and a weak immune system (it opens a door for infections).
People with a
chronically clogged nose often have headaches and sometimes can lose hearing and a sense of smell.

I have remedies for restoring a sense of smell and hearing, but some of them use inhalations. So, treat first the cause and then write me again when it is safe to use heating procedures and I'll send them to you.

For now, here are some home remedies you can try.

Insert 5-6 drops of fresh raw beet juice in each nostril. Also, you can wet cotton tampons in the juice and keep them in the nostrils for 10-15 minutes.

Put mustard powder in socks (1-2 table spoons in each sock) and put the socks on before you go to bed. Keep them on till the next morning. It helps if the mucous membrane in the nose is swollen. You can repeat it a few nights or just keep the socks with the powder on for a few days.

Mix 1 part of freshly ground horseradish with 1 part of ground apple and 1 part of sugar. Eat 2-4 table spoons of the mix a day. Horseradish has substances killing bad bacteria without destroying "good" bacteria in the stomach. Also, it strengthens the immune system.

Effective remedy for a clogged nose: put 100 ml of vegetable oil on a steam bath (put a glass jar with the oil in a big pot filled with water and put the big pot on the stove and heat it up. Keep it boiling for 30-40 minutes and let it cool. Cut 3-4 parts of garlic and 1/4 of a medium sized onion into small pieces. Add the vegetable oil. Let it sit for 2 hours and filter it. Rub the oil in the nostrils and around the nose.

Insert 2-3 drops of fresh aloe juice into each nostril 3-4 times a day.

Mix 1 tea spoon of honey with 2 tea spoons of fresh beet juice. Insert 5
drops of the mix in each nostril 4 times a day.

Mix 1 table spoon of honey, 1 table spoon of milk, 1 table spoon of vodka, 1 table spoon of fresh onion juice, 1 table spoon of vegetable oil and 1 table spoon of ground kitchen soap. Stir it and put the mix on a steam bath. Stir it all the time until everything is mixed very well. Insert twisted strands with the tincture into each nostril 3 times a day for 15 minutes.

All remedies have been tested and gave a good result.
